3. Place the pan upside down in a preheated oven at 180°C to 200°C (350°F to 400°F) and bake for approximately one hour, allowing the oil to polymerize and form a non-stick coating.
4. Turn off the oven and allow the skillet to cool completely inside before removing it. Wear heat-resistant gloves when handling the pan.

When cleaning the pan, keep the following in mind:

1. Clean the pan as soon as possible after use.
2. Avoid leaving the pan in water, as it may cause rusting.
3. For stuck-on food, use a sponge or paper towel and a handful of coarse kosher salt to loosen the pieces.
4. If the food is really stuck, put the pan back on heat with a little water until it boils, then use a wooden spatula to separate the pieces.
5. Dry the pan immediately after cleaning.
6. Avoid using soap, but if necessary, use an organic soap and then rub the pan with olive oil after drying.
7. The pan is not dishwasher safe.
